See if you can solve this difficult logic problem...
You have a customer who lives at the following address:
xxxx Ewing Ave S
Minneapolis, MN 55410
and you have to ship a product (let's say a Modem) to this customer.
Do you...
A) Say the product was shipped and delivered to the front door of the address on the billing statment on Jan 6, 2004; and then question them for waiting so long to call as to why the package has not arrived.
B) Pick a spot at random, say Southern California, and ship the package there.
C) Claim the customer never placed an order with your company and offer to sell them Long Distance
D) All of the above!
If you answered D, then you may wish to pursue a career in the customer service department of a large TelComm company based in the west (who shall remain nameless)
Seriouly though, looks like I'll be out a little longer until I get my modem shipped to me. *sigh*
Looking forward to wandering around Outland with you! I feel so disconnected.
Catch you sometime next week, hopefully!

Ode to your shipping woes

There once was a warlock named Aethane
Who had met with some service disdain
When he asked "Where's my stuff?"
He was promptly rebuffed
And his modem was shipped off to Spain
Good luck. Hope to see you soon.
