The discussion mainly centered around recruitment and scheduling.
There were opinions that attempting to get 20-man raids scheduled would be unrealistic at this point, and that we should concentrate on 5 and 10-man content.
Everyone agreed that we should concentrate on Strat, Scholo, UBRS, and LBRS to improve the gear for new 60s, and also to get more keys in LBRS. Everyone also wanted to schedule something bigger on a less frequent schedule.
Greysea brought up that all guildies should sign up on RPGOutfitter.com to help track the guild's numbers and active numbers.
Recruiting was also talked about. Getting people into the guild is a high priority, to get enough people together to schedule more runs. Recruiting to get people in, and scheduling for guild retention.
A potentially good schedule would be a UBRS and Baron on Friday, and Scholo and LBRS on Friday and Sat night. Ironshiek said he'll post these on the calendar. Mormont chimed in to say that we should probably run LBRS more to get more keys.
It was decided that Baltazar should be the next person to get an UBRS key.
Nevius mentioned that we should add a note to the Guild MOTD saying that anyone can invite.
We also addressed whether we needed to improve the rankings system to allow for better separation between new guildies and seasoned officers. There is a need to add more ranks, and nominate people as 'compliance officers', or create an 'Honor Council' so people know who to turn to. Officers should be available at any time to handle arbritation for problems.
Baltazar volunteered to create polls and take time to determine who wants to run what when, by posting on the guild forum.
Another topic was what to do about lowbie runs, and scheduling more non-60 runs. Pallas volunteered to schedule some runs.
There was some debate over how to portray the guild, and what aspects of the game would the guild prefer to work on. The consensus was that Ronin is (and I'm really paraphrasing here) a hardcore raiding guild/social mix. People will not be obligated to raid all the time, but we should have those elements available.
Lastly it was decided that Neubauten's moustache is not cool. Its origins were deemed suspect, and someone said that perhaps Neubauten had bought it off a gay biker. Just checking if you've actually read this far.

Getting my (epic) mustache was the end of a long quest chain. It was given to me in Southshore village. I had to seek out an indian, a construction worker, a police officer, a sailor, and a cowboy. After I spoke with all of them I got the mustache.
And a fabulous pair of leather pants.
