Ok, as we move into larger groups and raids, end boss strategies might come into play more. I’ll start with Drak in UBRS. To me it is one of the first non- “tank & spank” strategies that requires everyone in the group be on the same page.
Here’s how the most common Hunter Kite strat should go:
Priest should Power Word: Shield the hunter right before his pull.
Make sure your hunter has aspect of the Cheetah on. If he doesn't have it on, he will have a much harder time of it (and will probably get conflagged).
Hunter should Track Dragonkin (so he can see where he and the guards are while he is running away).
Hunter pulls with an Aimed Shot/Distracting Shot Combo (use both because one might miss and cause a wipe).
Everyone else avoids hitting Drak as he leaves the room.
At this point, the Warriors pull one of the guards and either a Druid puts the other to sleep, Warlock chain fears or Warrior/Paladin OT. Use full focused DPS on the tanked guard until he’s down.
Hunter should stop at the end of the bridge and zap Drak with Arcane or Distracting Shot as soon as he is in range (keep hitting the key until it goes off), and then turn quickly and run to the beast's room (using the mouse to turn and move is essential here). Hunter either jumps over the fires or switches to Monkey while he goes through them to avoid being slowed.
Hunter runs into the far end of the cave. When Drak enters the cave, hunter uses Feign Death and then follows him back (keeping his distance). Hunter needs to tell the other raid members where he is, so that they are prepared for his entrance (hallelujah for Vent).
Both Tanks charge Drak as he enters the room to pull agro. They should move him in to a corner/alcove to keep the conflag from affecting the casters.
If the MT gets conflagged, the OT Warrior taunts to keep agro off the priest(s) and caster(s).
Got another strat please post it.

This is truly one of the first encounters that requires large-scale group coordination. I think it's a great precursor to the 20+ raids we'll be looking at soon.
I understand that they made the guards more resistant to fear in the last patch. I'll be excited to see if the druid can actually put one of these guys to sleep!
