Hey everyone. I was talking to Mormont and Nev briefly last night about guild business (specifically recruiting, event planning, and how we're going to grow our base) and we decided that another conference is in order. I'd like to have as many participants as possible, so I thought I'd post it here and as the GMOTD as soon as we agree (loosely) on a time.

I was thinking a nice Saturday or Sunday morning. Late enough in the morning so that the teenagers can join us, but early enough so we can still have daylight left when we're done. How would Sunday the 19th be? Say 8:00 server time?

The things on my list to talk about are:

- Creating a raid/instance schedule and sign-up sheet

- Recruitment Efforts

- Our long-term goals for the guild

- Scheduling time to help our lowbies level/train

- How frickin' SWEET my mustache is

- Getting into 20-man content

- Formalizing the guild charter

I was thinking that it would be fun for us to do this meeting as we're running SM in 5-man groups. What do you think?

ok so i worked at nascar yesterday and got out at close to 10pm, then i went to visit Damien, Kat, and his wife at the local Best Buy to give them supplies since they were camped out for the Wii that comes out tomorrow. came home turned on the computer to log on and the next thing i know, its daylight. now im just checking things so i can keep up but i have to go back to nascar for my final shift.

in english, Damien, Kat, and I will not be able to attend the meeting tonight. i was told i would get out about 9 pm est time. therefore i SHOULD be alble to meet yall by 10est time, but the others will not be there at all.

i will try to see everyone tonight.

Did the vent call take place this past weekend? I imagine it's going to be tough to do something this week to do the holiday. What about next week?

Neub, Let's put the conference call on the calendar. We will never be able to democratically agree on a time and date. I suggest Saturday at 12:30 ST. Most of us are on then anyway, and we can just hold off on starting our evening runs. If people can't make it, we'll post a thread with minutes on the site to allow additional feedback.

Saturday November 25, 2006 at 12:30 ST? I'll Calendar it just in case. If no, another time.

So is that technically Sunday at 0:30am, or Saturday at 12:30pm? I would prefer doing it Monday for 0:30am if that's the case, but i suppose I could bring my laptop along for my thanksgiving vacation.

And about minutes... Pallas, you still need to put up the minutes from the last call!
