I like the PUG method

Because of our relatively small size, I wind up grabbing people for PUGs from time to time. Every now and then it turns out that they're really cool, so I invite them to join. Hopefully with Blizzard's new system we'll get more PUG action.

I know that there are several of us that are looking toward LBRS/UBRS raiding in the very near future, which will probably mean a lot of new people in our groups (and hopefully, eventually in our guild).

There are some people who recruit using a macro, which works too, but I feel like it's a bit of a scattershot method. I think we're better served overall with a more directed approach.

That being said, I'm going to go post on the WoW site for West-side recruits.

No Correct Way to Recruit

I say we all just stay abreast of the issue and try to be actively seeking out new members. If you meet someone that is cool, tell them about Ronin. If you feel like spamming the channels, do that. I think we will get the best results if we all accept that we need to focus some amount of energy on recruiting and will need to do so for some time. A little bit of effort every time you logon will pay off down the road.
