Following up on the Vent call on 11/25, we are going to schedule a certain number of events every week for December and see how it works. Here is the first trial schedule:
Every Friday Night: UBRS (12:00 ST); Baron (Before, During, or After).
Every Saturday Night: ZG (12:00 ST); Scholo (Before, During, or After).
These events will be posted on the Calendar for December only. If you want to reserve a spot for one of the Raids, post on the event thread for the calendar day you want. The Raid Leader will start invites at 12:00 ST and will only hold open slots for people who sign up on the forums until 12:15 ST, at which time the Raid will open up to walk ons and non-guildies if needed. Please try to move your character to the instance before the scheduled event to allow for a timely start. Because the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, bear in mind that fundamental group balance may dictate who goes and who does not go from time to time.
For the Saturday ZG run, we may not be able to get an all guild run under our belts right away, but make it a point to attend if you are interested in making this happen. We had no problem filling the extra non-Ronin slots on the inaugural ZG run on 11/25, so the same rule with timing applies. Be on time and sign up if you want to hold your spot. If we cannot get a 20-man together on any given Saturday, we can run LBRS to work on keys for UBRS or break into smaller raids/groups.
For the Baron and Scholo runs, these times and destinations are flexible. Most of us are still working on AD rep or can still get UGs in these instances, and they don't take long. If you have a particular preference any given Friday or Saturday, post on the Calendar Event Thread and put a group together.
This system is introductory, so please provide any feedback on this thread as we work thorough the first few weeks.

I hear something about there

I hear something about there being weekly instance runs for lower levels as well. This is what pallas told me anyways. What about those. I've been struggling getting some time in the past month, and have as such not leveled up enough... Are we going to be setting up weekly events for those as well?
Also, I heard there are many suggestions or changes that people would like to see on the site. Please get the meeting minutes up as soon as possible so that the people that were unable to attend to call know what's up.
